In addition, it is across the street and two houses down to the beach access at Tide Park, an amazing local beach with several walkable surf spots and a wonderful reef to explore. In the middle of 2008 we purchased a new home on Pacific Ave, across the street from 408, and embarked on a two year remodeling project and moved into 408 and lived there happily until late 2010. We loved living at 408, the home is a very welcoming and comfortable home. It was great for us to have our children right next to our master and we will still had an extra bedroom downstairs. We also made the downstairs main room into a game room with a pool table, large flatscreen TV and big movie couch. The double doors lead out to the pool and laundry room, where we had a full size fridge loaded with drinks and stocked for BBQ's. We had many pool parties with our children and family friends. We had a large Viking grill and an outdoor Tiki bar set up and spent many a full day there enjoying the pool. When we moved into our current Pacific home, my wife was just starting her own company and she used 408 as her headquarters. It was a wonderful place to start and run a business. In 2015 she moved out to new offices and we rented 408 out to a very nice family from the east coast. They remained in the home until the end of 2016. Since we have put love and care into the home to get it ready for its next owner!! Hopefully, that's you.
